Since we were founded in 1975 by Bill Carr, we’ve worked with aluminium window systems before eventually moving into the PVCu market in 1979. We’ve remained a family-run company since our founding.
However, we’ve always moved with the times by taking advantage of any manufacturing or product innovations as they become available. This ensures the performance of our products is always continually improving.
Garry Carr took over the business in 1989 with his wife Pauline.
Their two daughters, Karen and Laura also joined the family business over 18 years ago.
Garry introduced Upvc windows and doors to their manufacturing range which soon became very popular but
Aluminium has always been at the forefront of the business.
West-End prides itself on encouraging their staff to learn and grow within the company, with a loyal and experienced team behind us we ensure our customers’ needs are met, helping them to grow their own business and we endeavour to keep up with the latest innovations in the window and door industry, with all the latest products on offer.
